Candidates must have 3 years of experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite. Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a detail-oriented and process-focused approach with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to embrace new technologies including AI, is also necessary.
The L&D Coordinator will administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course uploads, enrollment, and system configuration. This role involves creating live sessions, uploading SCORM files, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the LMS through reporting and dashboard management. Responsibilities also include generating standard and custom reports to track training completion, progress, and effectiveness, and supporting the L&D team with the logistical aspects of training programs.
