Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in testing
  • Business Analysis skills
  • Experience in large-scale projects (e.g., system conversion, product launch)
  • TS2 Knowledge (Preferred)
  • Certification in Testing Discipline (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee launch and conversion implementations
  • Define client needs and develop project plans/proposals
  • Provide best practice solutions for system efficiency
  • Guide clients through the project/implementation process
  • Manage client implementation milestones (time, budget, quality)
  • Establish and maintain strong client partnerships
  • Provide business and technical support
  • Understand client infrastructure and adapt to changes
  • Apply best practices in system integration
  • Guide clients through implementation, mitigating risks
  • Represent the company and client in status reviews
  • Define, create, and document deliverables
  • Consult on planning and execution of client testing tasks
  • Identify client training needs
  • Manage implementation activities (mock verification, business validation, production certification)
  • Assist in preparing clients for TS2 data verification
