Requirements
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in growth hacking or performance marketing within the crypto industry, with a focus on KOL/influencer acquisition and management, and essential experience working in the crypto trading space, including key players, trends, and channels. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections are required, along with in-depth knowledge of product/brand campaigns and the ability to leverage KOLs for maximum impact. Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box are also necessary. Fluency in both English and Russian is required.
Responsibilities
The KOL Growth Marketer will strategically identify, research, and acquire new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across various platforms within the cryptocurrency ecosystem, negotiate favorable deals and contracts with KOLs, develop product/brand positioning and messaging tailored for KOL activations, design and execute integrated KOL-driven campaigns, manage and optimize ongoing KOL relationships, ensure timely execution of planned campaigns, and ensure marketing materials produced by different parties are consistent with the campaign’s messaging and brand guidelines. The role also requires staying updated on emerging trends and competitor landscape, and providing regular performance reports.
