Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a centralized, intuitive knowledge base for the Legal team, including organizing playbooks, templates, training materials, and other digital collateral to ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with legal professionals to identify knowledge gaps and drive the creation of new, high-value content, transforming tacit knowledge into explicit, reusable assets
  • Provide collective governance for the network of subject matter experts, establishing processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accountability in knowledge contributions
  • Take ownership of web-based knowledge platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience for the entire legal department
  • Act as a key contributor to departmental communications by assisting in the drafting, editing, and dissemination of internal newsletters, team updates, and key announcements
  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven knowledge tools, working closely with the Director of Legal Technology & AI to identify, test, and implement solutions that enhance search, automate content tagging, and provide intelligent insights from data
  • Monitor usage analytics to understand how team members interact with knowledge resources, and use this data to recommend and implement continuous improvements
