Employment Type: [Information Not Provided] Location Type: [Information Not Provided] Salary: [Information Not Provided]

Position Overview

Are you energized by the challenge of ensuring knowledge is trustworthy, highly discoverable, and seamlessly integrated into the flow of work—so the right context reaches the right people, at the right time, and teams perform at their best? Then Jobber might be the place for you! We're looking for a Knowledge Enablement Manager to support our Sales organization.

Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful. We work with small home service businesses, like your local plumbers, painters, and landscapers, to transform the way service is delivered through technology. With Jobber they can quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments from their customers while providing an easy and professional customer experience. Running a small business today isn’t like it used to be—the way we consume and deliver service is changing rapidly, technology is evolving, and customers expect more. That’s why we put the power and flexibility in their hands to run their businesses how, where, and when they want!

Our culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation has been recognized by Great Place to Work, Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, and more. Jobber has also been named on the Globe and Mail’s Canada’s Top Growing Companies list, and Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50™, Enterprise Fast 15, and Technology Fast 500™ lists. With an Executive team that has over thirty years of industry experience of leading the way, we’ve come a long way from our first customer in 2011—but we’ve just scratched the surface of what we want to accomplish for our customers.

The Team

The Sales Enablement team at Jobber powers performance across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization by ensuring every customer-facing Jobberino has access to the right systems, knowledge, and programs—right when and where they need them. We reimagine how knowledge is created, managed, and delivered at scale, embedding learning and insights directly into workflows to enable confidence, effectiveness, and success. In close partnership with Revenue Operations, Sales, and our AI/Innovation teams, Sales Enablement serves as a strategic force multiplier.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, Enablement & Innovation, the Knowledge Enablement Manager will design and own the systems that make knowledge content useful, searchable, and scalable. You’ll ensure mission-critical context is accessible, manage the information architecture for our sales knowledge ecosystem, drive adoption, and govern content standards that make knowledge easy to consume, maintain, and trust.

This is a foundational role at the heart of Jobber's performance strategy—and an incredible opportunity to shape how knowledge flows across the business.

Responsibilities

The Knowledge Enablement Manager Will:

  • Help drive the knowledge management strategy and drive implementation of engagement models, improved tools etc.
  • Design and maintain scalable information architecture and taxonomy to power self-serve discovery
  • Govern the sales wiki and related systems to ensure content is accurate, trustworthy, and role-aligned
  • Codify tribal and tacit knowledge into searchable, structured, and reusable knowledge assets
  • Drive the end-to-end content lifecycle (creation, validation, tagging, review, deprecation)
  • Partner with AI and Innovation teams to ready content for copilots, search, and chat-based interfaces
  • Champion search performance, adoption, and usability across GTM tools and workflows

How You'll Measure Success

  • % of content assets properly tagged, validated, and up to date
  • Productivity gains, search success rate and time-to-answer
  • Sales wiki adoption, session depth, and engagement
  • % of high-impact workflows supported by structured, trusted content
  • Readiness of content for AI copilots and semantic tools, improving efficiency and effectiveness of self-serve, AI-driven and human-lead motions.
  • CSAT for content usability
