The Keyholder will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. They will learn operational procedures, assist with customer inquiries, oversee store opening and closing, and communicate the Rothy’s brand story to customers. Additionally, they will support store leadership, maintain cleanliness in the store, supervise vendors, and serve as a point of contact for store associates.
