High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
Ability to identify opportunities that benefit the customer and build solutions that meet customers’ expectations, including resolving issues
Ability to quickly adapt to new initiatives, concepts, and services within the store
Proven success in working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
Basic understanding of technology tools and computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Booking Bug, Excel, and more
Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling, handling bulky/awkward items, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 25-50 pounds

Responsibilities

Welcome customers by being an effective storyteller and engaging with diverse audiences
Quickly understand customer’s needs and connect them to services such as Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, Gift Wrapping, etc
Communicate with customers professionally, including answering phones, email communication, providing feedback on trend, fit, and style
Understand and support back-of-house processes, including inventory management and maintaining organization and cleanliness
Support event execution, such as point of contact for RSVPs, tracking customer contact information, door greeter
During some shifts: responsible for opening and closing the building, following proper security procedures
Perform light cleaning duties: sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, dishwashing, and restroom maintenance
