Minimum education is BSc/B. Pharma. It requires 2+ years of experience; freshers with good communication and analytical skills may be considered, with preference for candidates from the same therapy, MNCs, or top Indian Pharma companies.
Core responsibilities include achieving sales targets, effective fieldwork without daily supervision, daily reporting on an online system, meeting call average and coverage norms, generating prescriptions, promoting products, and building relationships with stakeholders like doctors, chemists, and stockists.
Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy area, especially from MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies, will have an added advantage. Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills, along with fluency and confidence in communication, may also be considered.
