Requirements

  • Ability to plan and execute tactical and strategic sales activities autonomously, with appropriate oversight from management
  • Full understanding of territory management skills, including strategic planning
  • Experience achieving quarterly and annual sales goals, including sales to new clients and upgrades
  • Capability to acquire new hospitals, health systems, and large group practices
  • Potential to take on leadership roles, guiding junior team members or leading initiatives
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with at least 5 Key Account Systems within assigned geography
  • Proficiency in developing quarterly sales plans aligned with the Plan of Action (POA)
  • Capacity to engage in at least 6 in-person calls with decision-makers (e.g., C-Suite executives) per day
  • Willingness to travel 50%; ability to manage remote work and home office tasks
  • Proficiency with administrative tools like NetSuite for sales orders and Concur for expenses/mileage

Responsibilities

  • Promote products to specialty healthcare providers (HCPs) in an assigned territory
  • Call on targeted leads, sell, and establish/maintain relationships with Key HCPs and systems
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, including new business and expansions with key accounts
  • Plan and execute tactical and strategic sales activities
  • Ensure all results are timely, efficient, and high quality
  • Manage territory to expand Health Monitor’s market share and generate new opportunities
  • Schedule advance working appointments for full territory coverage
  • Manage client relationships, address issues quickly, and build excellent service reputation
  • Handle administrative tasks, including submitting sales orders via NetSuite and expenses via Concur
  • Support post-sale processes, such as updating content in HCP networks
  • Collaborate with regional team (e.g., Ambassadors, Field Service Technicians) for client satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
