Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 8 years of sales experience in MedTech or Medical Devices, with a strong understanding of the Dutch healthcare landscape and an established network of healthcare professionals, including key decision-makers within Dutch hospitals. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory, identify new business prospects, perform market analysis, and evaluate competitor strategies. They will generate new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling, develop and present sales presentations, enhance and expand current customer accounts, establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, provide clinical support and education, articulate the Zio value proposition, support the transformation of the patient pathway, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate sales records, generate sales reports, represent the organization professionally at events, foster teamwork, and drive iRhythm’s values and mission.
