Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a designated territory in the Midlands (Nottingham, Northampton, Birmingham, Coventry & Warwickshire), engaging with healthcare professionals to promote products in the gastroenterology therapy area
  • Visit healthcare professionals, including payers, to inform and educate on products according to brand marketing strategies and provide feedback to internal stakeholders on local environmental factors
  • Maintain excellent relationships with relevant healthcare professionals and develop local experts across promoted therapy areas, collaborating with medical, market access and marketing colleagues to support attendance at local, national, and international congresses
  • Act as the local healthcare business expert with knowledge of the healthcare environment, prioritizing hospital accounts and identifying key doctors and accounts to develop the local territory business
  • Regularly review business plan to ensure account objectives and tactics are on track
  • Manage local budget to support key accounts and customers, with opportunity to apply for extra investment from medical and marketing for specific projects or opportunities
