Requirements

  • Degree in natural sciences or equivalent expertise according to § 75 AMG
  • Experience in pharmaceutical field sales, Key Account Management, or as a Regional Manager
  • Passionate salesperson with solid knowledge in hospital and specialist field sales, experience in oncology, and good contacts with oncological specialists and key opinion leaders
  • Experience handling biologics or biosimilars is desirable
  • Knowledge of decision drivers and influence areas of stakeholders, such as treatment and reimbursement processes, purchasing decisions, and health economic market drivers
  • Experience supporting market launches

Responsibilities

  • Manage oncological-therapeutic doctors in practices and clinics, doctor networks and associations, local health insurance funds, and pharmacists
  • Support the market launch of new products and manage the current customer portfolio
  • Provide high scientific added value to the target group and advise customers on the application, effects, composition, and risks of monoclonal antibodies for therapeutic purposes
  • Reduce local market access barriers in collaboration with the Market Access department
  • Plan and implement activities for various specialist groups and their support staff in oncology
  • Create market and competitor analyses for the territory and, together with colleagues, superiors, and internal contacts, direct the deployment of pharmaceutical products
  • Engage with customers on our medications and maintain close contact with internal specialist departments
  • Develop interaction formats and projects for customer groups in close collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access departments
  • Continuously align quantitative and qualitative targets to identify key work areas in daily business as well as medium- and long-term, and initiate and implement appropriate measures
  • Analyze and evaluate sales trends based on sales figures for the region
