Responsibilities

  • Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts, including "big bet" clients like DAX40 and TECDAX companies
  • Identify and engage potential clients and build strong relationships with key stakeholders (CxOs, procurement, HR)
  • Develop and execute targeted commercial strategies using a solution-selling approach to secure new business
  • Rigorously qualify clients and opportunities to achieve a 30% opportunity conversion rate
  • Lead RFP responses and master Malt's product features for tailored pitches that drive client autonomy
  • Onboard new large enterprise clients (>2,000 FTEs), leveraging network and BDA team for sales meetings
  • Gather and share market insights with product and marketing teams for continuous improvement
  • Optimize CRM usage, partner with technical team on demos and integrations to enhance client experience
  • Coach and develop the sales team, sharing insights on tools, client discussions, and sales strategies
