Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts at the central level of health organizations in Mexico: IMSS Ordinario, IMSS Bienestar, ISSSTE, SEDENA, and CCINSHAE, establishing and maintaining solid relationships to facilitate access to differential therapies and achieve sales objectives
  • Coordinate work with Key Account Executives (KAE) for access
  • Coordinate efforts with Demand Generation Managers and Supervisors
  • Ensure sales objectives are met
  • Maintain relationships with Technical Service
  • Negotiate service offers, policies, and spare parts
  • Work closely with the Comex area
  • Follow up on accounts and sales objectives
  • Align strategy with Marketing
  • Targeting and promotional cycles, product forecasting
  • Responsibility for centralized tenders
  • Ensure proper preparation and presentation of centralized events
  • Direct intervention with Market Access area
  • Mapping of stakeholders and centralized access strategy
  • Target: Central government health administrative offices, purchasing budgets, central medical offices, technical definitions for purchasing processes, contracting area (manage contracts until formalization), requesting area (projection of therapy requirements), acquisitions and supplies (contracting processes: tender, direct adjudication, restricted invitation), finance (collection status)
  • Negotiation capacity and relationships with high-level government officials
