Requirements

  • Degree in health or similar (Chemistry, Biologist, Chemistry Engineer, or similar)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and market knowledge
  • Experience in corporate tools (ERP, corporate processes, and executive reporting)
  • Knowledge of main actors in the Mexican market
  • Proven experience in sales by value and objection management
  • English language at intermediate level

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for new markets and new areas of opportunity
  • Drive growth of different product lines
  • Possess deep knowledge of products and markets to establish strategies by product line in the division
  • Supervise planning processes that establish short-, medium-, and long-term goals, as well as priorities, strategies, and programs to achieve those objectives; ensure key success factors and strategic issues
  • Provide appropriate technical, scientific, and marketing support to local and regional distribution channels (BCLA) to meet established sales objectives
  • Ensure results in a plan that directs business sales and marketing activities
  • Consult with executive management to define and review processes, and supervise their implementation through leadership of the work group
  • Develop accounts and territories to increase market share
