Requirements

1-2 years’ professional experience in a sales support role
Experience with CRM tools
Self-starter with ability to work independently within a team environment
Ability to manage, collaborate and critically prioritize for efficiency between teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Written and oral fluency in English
Excellent work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

Act as super user for sales tools and answer CRM-related questions to reduce IT tickets
Serve as onboarding Buddy for new Sales team members to decrease ramp-up time
Identify best practices and sales process improvements, document and share them
Identify and remove sales process blockers to streamline processes
Monitor and highlight Dynamics opportunity hygiene (e.g., sales stage, quote expiry, close date, forecast category, start date)
Identify data quality issues and manage processes for CRM data cleanliness (accounts, contacts, hierarchy)
Monitor and highlight pipeline health with Business Operations, track KPIs, and provide feedback to Sales
Prepare and ensure quality/timely win celebration emails
Identify sales knowledge gaps in tools/processes and liaise with Sales Enablement for training
Execute the internal cancellation process
Provide backup across regional sales ops teams when colleagues are out of office
Maintain the Opportunity Management process library and playbook
Act as Subject Matter Expert for 1-2 key projects/topics, collaborating with owners to incorporate business input and ensure implementation
