Requirements

Candidates should have 2-5 years of proven experience in programme or complex project management, preferably within operations, logistics, supply chain, or automotive environments. Experience in leasing or the automotive business is desirable. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a process-oriented mindset, multitasking capabilities, and a demonstrable interest in clean energy/EVs are also required.

Responsibilities

This includes developing programme plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments. Responsibilities also involve identifying and mitigating risks, establishing programme governance, driving process improvements for efficiency and customer experience, managing project dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
