Responsibilities

The Junior CRM Specialist will be involved in the daily management of the company’s CRM, supporting the configuration of new workflows and processes, analyzing performance data and generating reports for the team, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure proper CRM usage. They will also support the implementation of optimization strategies to enhance the customer experience, train and support internal users on CRM effectiveness, and contribute to the overall achievement of business goals.
