Responsibilities

  • Arbeiten mit CDOs/CIOs an Platform- & Cloud-Strategien, definieren Target Operating Models, Governance und KPIs (z. B. Verfügbarkeit, Change Success Rate, Cost-to-Serve)
  • Fokussieren auf digitale Geschäftsmodelle, Innovations- und Technologiemanagement oder Enterprise Architecture in interdisziplinären Teams, mit Schwerpunkt auf agiles Arbeiten, Cloud-Strategien und nachhaltige Wertschöpfung
  • Strukturieren Plattform-Produktkataloge, definieren Schnittstellen/SLAs, etablieren SRE/DevOps-Praktiken und orchestrieren den Betrieb von Plattformen wie SAP oder ServiceNow mit ITIL 4-Prozessen
  • Analysieren Make-or-Buy, bewerten Provider, entwerfen Near-/Offshore-Delivery-Modelle, definieren SLAs/OLAs und begleiten Transition & Governance (z. B. Service-Integration, Performance-Reviews)
  • Übernehmen eigene Aufgabenpakete, analysieren Daten, entwickeln Konzepte und präsentieren Ergebnisse auf Managementebene
