Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, with 0-1 years of experience in requirements gathering and business process documentation. A minimum of 1 year of experience with Identity concepts such as Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Identity and Access Governance is required. Proven ability to multitask across concurrent projects, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong data analytics skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and business acumen are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Junior Business Analyst will lead discovery and requirements gathering, draft and refine project deliverables like one-pagers and presentations, and promptly communicate any potential project impacts. They will collaborate with the project team to meet client needs, analyze business processes, break down complex problems, and conduct necessary research. The role involves identifying knowledge gaps, expanding product and identity knowledge, focusing on business outcomes, and championing company values.
