Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in IT support is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with effective listening and interpretative abilities
  • Knowledge of endpoint management and business applications
  • Experience working within processes to deliver defined support solutions
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting support issues
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Comfortable working with others within a support solution lifecycle
  • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across business functions to mitigate and resolve support issues
  • Basic-level proficiency with platforms such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Okta, Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, MDM tools, and Slack
  • Proficient level of application and endpoint support knowledge
  • Ability to use initiative to develop and improve support procedures and processes

Responsibilities

  • Improve and maintain endpoint security and access control solutions according to internal policies, procedures, and technical guidelines
  • Improve and maintain technical solutions in global offices
  • Support business users and stakeholders according to the global schedule
  • Execute defined tasks and procedures across a range of technologies
  • Work across the business on projects and programs that deliver value to our business stakeholders
  • Create new procedures and documents as part of the Global Business Systems Application Engineering Excellence program
