Ideally reside between Rouen and west Paris

Responsibilities

Perform technical interventions in departments: 27 / 28 / 75 / 76 / 78 / 91 / 92 / 95; interventions may extend to other areas based on service needs
Participate in deliveries of new products to clients
Provide basic technical training and product usage training to clients if needed
Manage and track personal stock of spare parts and tools
Monitor clients and their Baxter equipment inventory
Ensure follow-up of clients' preventive maintenance
Maintain rigorous administrative follow-up
Ensure client satisfaction by maximizing equipment availability through good productivity
Respect established rules on Safety, Environmental protection, and Energy
