Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience handling customer inquiries and managing job bookings, are also necessary, as is familiarity with job management systems such as Ascora or SimPRO and proficiency in standard office software, particularly Excel. Experience with phone systems like Zendesk, Ring Central, or 3cx is preferred.
The Job Scheduling Coordinator will organize, review, and edit data from job detail cards, ensuring accurate and professional presentation for clients; extract and summarize key details for accounting and quotation teams; handle incoming calls and manage job bookings; schedule jobs for field technicians using the job management system; maintain an organized schedule of works; provide operational support to business managers and team members; and assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed.
