Apkalpot BTA esošos un potenciālos klientus, piedāvāt visatbilstošākos risinājumus katra klienta vajadzībām
Apgūt un izprast OCTA, KASKO, Īpašuma apdrošināšanas, Ceļojumu, Nelaimes gadījumu un Civiltiesiskās apdrošināšanas produktus
Sazināties ar klientiem gan klātienē, gan kļūt par teicamu telefonpārdošanas guru
Veidot sadarbību arī ar juridiskajiem klientiem, apgūstot juridisko personu apdrošināšanas produktus
