The salary ranges from EUR 1,400 - 2,000 per month, with a fixed amount of 700 euro bruto plus a variable part based on sales results. During the first six months, the monthly salary is guaranteed to be at least 1200 euro bruto.
The position requires onsite work at BTA Klientu darījumu centrā Antenas ielā 7, Rīgā, on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.
Candidates need experience in active sales such as in a call center, goal-oriented mindset and desire to learn, general secondary education, and strong communication skills in Latvian with foreign language knowledge as an advantage.
