  • 5+ years in an IT technician role
  • Good written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to employees
  • Serve as primary point of contact for users regarding support requests
  • Receive, analyze, and process requests from users
  • Handle setups, configuration, installation, maintenance, and repairs on end-user equipment
  • Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle
  • Determine user IT/technical needs, procure equipment, and carry out installation
  • Conduct research to respond to users by phone, email, and instant messaging
  • Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after processes
  • Enter information using tools and systems in use
  • Perform other tasks related to service for which expertise and knowledge are available
  • Occasionally participate in development and improvement of processes and procedures
