Responsibilities

Handle IT support (1st/2nd level) incidents and service requests reliably and professionally, delivering outstanding customer service
Support onboarding and offboarding: manage new hires, hardware, and administer users & groups in Active Directory
Handle IT procurement: ensure team is well-equipped while keeping costs under control
Forward tickets according to guidelines
Assist with company mobile phones and telephone systems
Perform basic network diagnostics and troubleshooting
Support network security and compliance topics
Maintain and create knowledge base articles
Conduct end-user training when needed
