Requirements

Onsite presence at the resort in Mammoth Lakes, CA
Ability to meet company requirements to drive company vehicles, including having or obtaining a California Driver's License
Associates Degree in Computer Science or at least 2 years working in the IT industry in a comparable position
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide technical support using clear language
Problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Active Directory (highly desirable)

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact to the Information Systems Department
Provide desktop support to end users on a variety of issues under supervision
Distribute trouble tickets to PC Systems Analysts, Telecom Technicians, and Systems Administrators
Create new user accounts
Maintain user databases
Perform basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals
Handle basic hardware purchasing
Assist Systems Analysts with imaging PCs
Install miscellaneous software
Distribute PCs to users across the resort
Participate in other projects as necessary
