Minimum two years supporting end-users in person, via phone, and in an enterprise-level corporate IT environment
Experience within Microsoft enterprise-level corporate environment: Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft Apps, etc
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of a variety of hardware and software platforms via phone, web, and in-person channels, including desktops, laptops, printers, thermal label printers, lab equipment, cameras, and more
Configure and maintain laptops and desktops imaged with Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS, including advanced hardware and software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Applications
Create and maintain effective documentation for both users and technicians to enable recurring tasks to be completed quickly and consistently across the business
