  • English at B2 level
  • Appreciated: Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint device management, or integration projects
  • Bonus: Orientation in Salesforce, experience in a similar tech company

Responsibilities

  • Management of endpoint devices – installation and configuration of notebooks, phones, monitors, etc
  • Management of device lifecycle – purchasing, asset tracking, repairs, replacements, disposal
  • Management of company infrastructure – Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment, printers. Installation, configuration, securing, and management
  • Coordination of suppliers
  • User support – processing requests from the Service portal, first-level user support (common software issues, Wi-Fi, printers, audiovisual equipment)
  • Training new employees (onboarding), access accounts, equipment setup
  • Management of application access – managing access rights, assigning/removing accounts
  • Setting up methodologies and documentation (e.g., onboarding/offboarding processes)
  • Licenses, HW/SW purchasing – management of applications (Slack, MS365, Asana, etc.), license tracking, supplier communication, budget planning
  • IT security – setting password rules, MFA, access management, incident response in collaboration with Security team
  • Active participation in system integration and process automation projects
  • Close collaboration with Workplace and Security teams
