The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals, work under pressure, and solve multiple problems is essential.
The IT Support Engineer II will triage, prioritize, and resolve IT support requests, providing technical assistance for macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints, as well as IaaS/SaaS environments. Responsibilities include managing and updating the issue tracking system, building documentation, managing IT hardware inventory, software licenses, and vendor agreements. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems and hardware, creating scripts and system policies, monitoring IT best practices, and managing user accounts and permissions. The engineer will also act as a primary technical contact for the business and an IT liaison to other departments.
