IT Support Engineer, Family Office at Stronghold Investment Management

The IT Support Engineer will provide "white glove" technical support to executives, staff, and household members across various locations, supporting computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and other collaboration tools, as well as providing hardware, software, and application support across Windows, Mac, and Server OS environments. The role involves administering Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and related identity/security tools, and supporting conference rooms and video conferencing systems. Additionally, the engineer will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, monitor and resolve cybersecurity issues, and support security tools like MFA and VPNs. Support for CCTV systems and home audio/video and automation systems is also included. The position requires maintaining accurate asset management, system documentation, and technical logs, developing procedures, and supporting system upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.
