Responsibilities

Respond to escalated IT support requests and service tickets
Support onboarding and offboarding workflows when needed
Make updates to device management tools such as Jamf
Ship, receive, and prepare Mac laptops for employees, including occasional visits to NYC office or coordination with in-office staff
Perform basic audits and software updates
Assist with procurement and inventory tracking
Recommend and implement small improvements to IT systems and processes
Collaborate with internal teams on short technical projects
