Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Service Desk Administrator, including 24x7 production support experience. Strong knowledge of desktop systems, applications, and technologies, such as PC hardware, software applications, and operating systems, is required, as well as experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
The IT Service Desk Senior Administrator will provide excellent customer service and exercise sound judgment to resolve problems for support tiers 1, 2, and 3, while also handling day-to-day IT operations including hardware setups and account troubleshooting. They will maintain in-depth knowledge of all desktop systems, applications, and technologies, adapt to new processes and procedures, and ensure proper user systems operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks by actively resolving escalated end-user help requests within established SLAs.
