Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer service & troubleshooting skill sets
  • Must be customer service focused, desiring to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
  • Must be able to work independently, yet adhere to company standards in areas of documentation, planning, and execution
  • Proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities with minimal oversight
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
  • At least 2-3 years of IT-related support experience
  • Comfortable supporting executive team members
  • Preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft stack of applications (Microsoft O365, Microsoft Teams), Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10), Active Directory Administration, Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange Online, etc
  • Full understanding of typical PC and Mac hardware and software installation
  • Experience supporting smart phones and tablets
  • Understanding of security practices including physical, internet, and wireless security
  • Understanding of user authentication (passwords and 2fa)
  • CompTIA, Microsoft or Apple Certified

Responsibilities

  • Zealously promotes our Customer Centric approach: working to be a part of our customer's solutions
  • Directly involved in the troubleshooting and repair of End User Computing equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, conferencing room hardware)
  • Ensures all assigned tickets are updated and moving towards a successful resolution in a manner that meets or exceeds Service Level Objectives
  • Participate in a 24/7 rotational shift to ensure high availability and support of authentication services
  • Support of local and remote desktops and laptops in a mixed Microsoft and Apple environment
  • Troubleshoot and support wireless and Remote connectivity, VPN (Virtual Private Network) clients, Web conferencing, Printing and scanning and Email
  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Triage desktop connectivity issues, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve issues
  • Contribute to KB (Knowledge Base) article creation
