Requirements

Proven leadership in delivery of SAP ERP solutions, including experience in SAP ECC and next generation ERP solutions (S/4HANA)
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end business processes across commercial, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, legal, procurement, supply chain, planning, logistics, warehousing, and compliance
Strong knowledge of software delivery methodology, processes, tools, and capabilities within next generation ERP technology
Experience defining ERP application architecture, hosting strategies, security postures, and technology roadmaps
Very strong organization and change management experience
Ability to manage $30MM+ annual costs and support >$8bn revenue and $20bn intercompany transfers without business disruption
Knowledge to guide standardization, adoption of best-in-class processes, business transformation, application modernization, cybersecurity, data protection, quality, and compliance

Responsibilities

Deliver technology strategy, solutions, and services for SAP ERP across Abbott Nutrition, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Diabetes Care, Point of Care, and Molecular
Modernize and transform global planning and supply, commercial, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, and compliance
Provide strategic leadership to executive leadership, Vice Presidents, and Affiliate General Managers to drive standardization and best-in-class processes
Develop, implement, and manage next generation ERP solutions (S/4HANA) to enable effective and efficient business functions
Lead development and deployment of ERP systems strategy, identifying process efficiencies, state-of-the-art solutions, and innovation through predictable delivery of programs, projects, and applications
Ensure delivery of IT solutions, collaborating with business on solution/application architecture, design, resourcing, skills, and capabilities
Establish and maintain support teams for operations and maintenance of applications across 40+ countries
Ensure compliance with corporate, divisional, internal, external regulatory, and policies
Oversee and enforce internal security policies and external cyber regulations
Foster and strengthen customer and supplier relationships
Manage a high-performing team of ~40 employees and service providers, adhering to standard processes, tools, and service levels; negotiate contracts with strategic partners
Develop and direct budget execution plans to meet changing client demands
