Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management, technical, and enterprise systems management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of in-depth experience on any portfolio project management application
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Bogotá
  • Experience in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form
  • Ability to communicate and document complex issues and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
  • Self-starter able to establish relationships in a matrix environment
  • Ability to work with remote teams of professionals and able to work independently to achieve objectives
  • Preferred Experience
  • Planisware application experience or certification (preferable)
  • Any relevant Project Management Certification

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for consolidation and delivery of all application enhancements and requirements from multiple OU/Business/Function stakeholders for portfolio management applications for various Medtronic business groups including IT, CVG Operations PMOs, and Medtronic Business Services
  • Be part of the analysis of impact for the enhancements and new requirements to the portfolio management application for users and project managers around the globe
  • Monitor portfolio management applications assignment group queue in Service Now and troubleshoot any issues, including through investigation of SharePoint log files
  • Assist project managers with all and any issues and questions regarding portfolio management application
  • Work with IT Shared Services teams to follow Change Management, Release Management, and Systems Development Lifecycle
  • Utilize Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies to monitor adherence to program management guidance and directives issued on projects
