Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of one or multiple IT projects within the IT Project Portfolio (projects related to Security, Customer Experience, or US Manufacturing)
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT PMO process improvement initiatives, especially those leveraging AI technology
  • Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Hands-on project management experience working with IT Leads and Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to initiate, plan, and obtain funding for an approved Global IT project
  • Help maintain project schedules, track Phase Gate and Budget progress
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
