Responsibilities
The IT Product Owner 2 manages and communicates the vision and roadmap for products to an Agile delivery team and are aligned with IT standards and strategy. They work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The IT Product Owner 2 represents the voice of the customer to the team, owns the articulation and prioritization of backlog in small increments of value that can be delivered in short iterations, drives value to the business by building and maintaining a product backlog in collaboration with stakeholder and delivery teams, contributes to shaping the product direction, creating the feature(s), writing user stories, and innovation. They may also require occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings.
