Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs
Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery
Serve as stakeholders' primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. All requirements must include a current and future state process map to be shared and signed off with your sponsor
Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working closely with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements
Lead the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating launch activities, preparing go-to-production plans, and ensuring smooth execution
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, iterating on product features and processes based on user feedback, data insights, and market dynamics
