Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs
  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery
  • Serve as stakeholders' primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. All requirements must include a current and future state process map to be shared and signed off with your sponsor
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working closely with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements
  • Lead the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating launch activities, preparing go-to-production plans, and ensuring smooth execution
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, iterating on product features and processes based on user feedback, data insights, and market dynamics
