Responsibilities

The IT OPS - Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, and manage server-level IT infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments, including administering and optimizing virtualization platforms and cloud services like VMware, AWS, and Azure. Responsibilities include managing Linux and Windows servers for high availability, developing automation scripts, implementing configuration management tools, and setting up monitoring and logging systems for proactive issue resolution. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on security best practices and compliance, participating in disaster recovery planning and testing, conducting capacity planning, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and staying current with emerging technologies.
