Provide timely and effective technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues to ensure user happiness
Collaborate with the DevOps team to maintain stable and efficient operations
Implement requested changes within the data pipeline processes in the local data lake
Identify, investigate, and escalate system or data quality issues in ETL and data harmonization processes, coordinating with appropriate contacts
Offer technical support for cloud-based solutions
Educate and support business users from the Sales team to enhance their understanding and utilization of systems
Create and maintain documentation for existing and new processes to ensure effective communication and continuity
Maintain and support data applications, including ETL processes, data harmonization, and visualization tools within the local data lake
Collaborate closely with internal business users from the Sales team to resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring high levels of data quality and system performance
