Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues to ensure user happiness
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to maintain stable and efficient operations
- Implement requested changes within the data pipeline processes in the local data lake
- Identify, investigate, and escalate system or data quality issues in ETL and data harmonization processes, coordinating with appropriate contacts
- Offer technical support for cloud-based solutions
- Educate and support business users from the Sales team to enhance their understanding and utilization of systems
- Create and maintain documentation for existing and new processes to ensure effective communication and continuity
- Maintain and support data applications, including ETL processes, data harmonization, and visualization tools within the local data lake
- Collaborate closely with internal business users from the Sales team to resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring high levels of data quality and system performance
