Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy execution. A minimum of 3 years of experience managing BI teams and demonstrated success in delivery execution are required, along with a strong understanding of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and familiarity with data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data governance principles. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The IT Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics will lead the execution of BI and analytics initiatives, manage the BI & Analytics team to deliver high-quality reporting and dashboards, and oversee the development and adoption of standardized enterprise metrics and KPI frameworks. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, collaborating with Data Engineering on data pipelines and models, managing BI tools and platforms, establishing BI development standards, overseeing vendor management, monitoring BI solution adoption, and providing leadership and mentoring to team members.
