Candidates should possess a strong understanding of macOS systems administration and experience with Mac provisioning and zero-touch onboarding, as well as familiarity with tools like Jamf Pro and KolideDrive. Experience with hardware operations, including repairs and inventory management, is also required, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and drive deflection through knowledge base design and automation.
The TechOps Systems Engineer will be responsible for delivering rapid, high-quality resolution for technical challenges, managing and maintaining a streamlined hardware operation, championing SaaS ecosystem improvements, and proactively identifying opportunities to automate, secure, and scale the TechOps function. They will also contribute to cross-functional projects and explore new technologies, ultimately aiming for zero tickets through automation and self-service solutions.
