Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in desktop support, IT infrastructure engineering, or similar IT roles
Eligible to live and work in the UK
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English
Able to travel cross-region (<10% travel time expected)

Responsibilities

Interact with internal clients to help resolve all levels of IT-related issues and provide answers promptly
Evaluate and test new technologies (hardware/software)
Build and maintain vendor relationships, manage the purchase of hardware and software products and ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly
Manage and deploy corporate PCs/Macs
New hardware configuration
Machine image maintenance
Diagnosis and repair
Coordinate warranty repairs
Manage VOIP phone system and distribution of equipment
Maintain inventory and IT asset data (serial numbers, software keys, locations, etc.)
Shipping, recycling, and disposal of computers, peripherals
Assist in the management of hosted IT applications (Okta, Google G Suite, Egnyte, Zoom, MS O365 etc.)
General IT routine tasks including: IT account management for on-/off-boarding of employees
Diagnosing and repairing end-user IT devices
IT ticket management
Resolve escalated technical IT matters
