Requirements

  • Experience serving as a senior strategic IT partner with ownership of business strategy and value results
  • Capability to manage executive-level relationships and act as primary liaison between IT and Operating Units
  • Skills in stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand for IT capabilities and assets, while capturing, optimizing, and recognizing business value
  • Proficiency in effective engagement and relationship management to contribute to leadership teams and determine strategic direction
  • Expertise in partnering with OU leaders to create IT strategy documents, business capability maturity assessments, business cases, and value plans
  • Ability to ensure value optimization, communication, and enable continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior strategic IT partner and business owner for the Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) Operating Unit within the Global IT OU Strategy, Healthcare IT, and Product Innovation (OSHPI) team
  • Share ownership of business strategy and business value results for the CRDN OU
  • Own executive-level relationships and act as the primary liaison to converge Information Technology in support of Medtronic Operating Units
  • Stimulate, surface, and shape demand for IT capabilities and assets, ensuring business value is captured, optimized, and recognized
  • Partner with OU leaders and teams to facilitate creation of IT strategy documents, business capability maturity assessments, business cases, and value plans
  • Ensure value optimization and communication across the organization
  • Enable continuous improvement in all areas and people within the scope
  • Hold accountability for all IT services and delivery to the CRDN stakeholder community, both strategically and tactically
  • Participate as a member of the IT Extended Leadership team to identify ways IT can support and advance business objectives
