Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Global IT PREP Program, a two-year rotational program with four 6-month rotations (three in Global IT and one outside)
  • Gain broad experience across various organizational areas through rotations
  • Engage in project management roles contributing to key strategic initiatives and activity plans for Global IT
  • Perform DevOps engineer roles supporting Global IT initiatives by developing and engineering reusable infrastructure components and higher-level services
  • Undergo best-in-class training including professional development, on-the-job training, soft skills, technical excellence, leadership training, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and results-driven mindset development
  • Participate in hands-on management, mentorship, fun activities, and volunteering opportunities
  • Develop professional networks with peers, leaders, and executives
  • Achieve final placement in Global IT based on interest, skills, and business need
