Responsibilities

Participate in the Global IT PREP Program, a two-year rotational program with four 6-month rotations (three in Global IT and one outside)
Gain broad experience across various organizational areas through rotations
Engage in project management roles contributing to key strategic initiatives and activity plans for Global IT
Perform DevOps engineer roles supporting Global IT initiatives by developing and engineering reusable infrastructure components and higher-level services
Undergo best-in-class training including professional development, on-the-job training, soft skills, technical excellence, leadership training, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and results-driven mindset development
Participate in hands-on management, mentorship, fun activities, and volunteering opportunities
Develop professional networks with peers, leaders, and executives
Achieve final placement in Global IT based on interest, skills, and business need
