Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale, distributed systems in production
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or .NET
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including IAM and entitlement models
  • Deep knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
  • Practical experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
  • Strong understanding of least-privilege and just-in-time access principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence technical direction

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain APIs and microservices for CIEM and JIT capabilities
  • Lead technical discussions and drive architecture decisions for entitlement discovery, risk remediation, and JIT workflows
  • Implement secure, scalable solutions that integrate with AWS, Azure, and GCP entitlement and IAM systems
  • Develop containerized applications deployed on Kubernetes with high availability and resilience
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features
  • Mentor junior engineers and set coding standards within the team
  • Ensure logging, monitoring, and auditability are built into all services for compliance
