Requirements

Ability to manage governance of a portfolio of applications to implement compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal IT policies
Experience engaging with Information Security Office (ISO), Global Infrastructure, Network Security, Global Unstructured Data Security, SharePoint Online, and Enterprise Systems partners
Knowledge of ensuring Enterprise System portfolio applications GEAR data is updated and vulnerabilities are addressed
Capability to engage with TRC to identify and assess risks associated with Enterprise Systems processes, applications, and data
Expertise in driving execution of development, implementation, and continuous improvement of risk management strategies and frameworks
Skills in identifying, assessing risks, and prioritizing risk mitigation efforts through collaboration with partners
Experience working with internal audit teams to conduct effective and timely audits, addressing findings or deficiencies
Proficiency in designing and implementing robust control frameworks for Enterprise Systems applications processes
Ability to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor control effectiveness and address deviations
Competence in deploying and ensuring trainings on controls and standards across lines of defense
Leadership in SharePoint Security areas, including managing access controls, permissions, and data protection
Skills in developing and enforcing security policies for sensitive data and compliance

Responsibilities

Manage governance of application portfolio to implement compliance requirements meeting industry standards, regulations, and internal IT policies
Engage with ISO, Global Infrastructure, Network Security, Global Unstructured Data Security, SharePoint Online, and Enterprise Systems partners to develop and enforce security policies protecting sensitive data
Ensure Enterprise System portfolio applications GEAR data is updated and vulnerabilities are addressed
Engage with TRC to identify and assess risks associated with Enterprise Systems processes, applications, and data, collaborating to prioritize risk mitigation
Drive execution of development, implementation, and continuous improvement of risk management strategies and frameworks for Application Governance
Identify and assess risks for Enterprise Systems, collaborating with partners to prioritize mitigation efforts
Work with internal audit teams to ensure effective and timely audits of Enterprise Systems applications, addressing findings or deficiencies
Design and implement robust control frameworks for Enterprise Systems applications processes, collaborating with process owners and IT teams
Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor control effectiveness and address deviations promptly
Deploy and ensure trainings on controls and standards across lines of defense
Lead SharePoint Security, managing and maintaining security aspects including access controls, permissions, and data protection
Develop and enforce security policies for SharePoint Online to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance
