About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled IT Administrator to join our team and ensure Plooto’s internal systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing. This role is critical to supporting our fast-growing, distributed workforce while maintaining the controls and tooling required for a regulated fintech environment.

You’ll own core IT infrastructure, lead process improvements, and play a hands-on role in endpoint management, provisioning, automation, and audit readiness. If you're energized by solving tough technical challenges and shaping how IT scales in a modern environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations including onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, access management, and issue resolution for macOS, Windows, and mobile devices
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and key SaaS tools to support productivity and compliance
  • Deploy, configure, and manage device management tools (Intune and Jamf Pro) to ensure endpoint compliance and streamline remote support
  • Implement and improve identity and access management, including SSO, conditional access, and automated provisioning workflows
  • Partner with InfoSec and Engineering to uphold ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance through documentation, tooling, and audit prep
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud applications, endpoints, and networks to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently
  • Write and maintain internal IT documentation and knowledge base content to support scalable IT operations
  • Lead or support cross-functional IT projects such as hardware refreshes, SaaS rollouts, security tooling deployments, and automation initiatives
  • Contribute to employee enablement by modeling best practices and occasionally leading IT training or onboarding sessions

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on IT administration experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and Jamf Pro
    • Experience supporting ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, including documentation and audit support
    • Strong problem-solving skills across software, hardware, SaaS, and networking environments
    • Familiarity with endpoint protection, phishing prevention, and identity access management frameworks
  • Skills:
    • Clear and user-friendly communicator with a knack for writing internal documentation
    • Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus
  • Certifications: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Security+, or Jamf Certified Tech are a strong asset
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
