Requirements

Candidates should possess 4-6 years of hands-on IT administration experience, preferably in fast-paced environments. Expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and Jamf Pro is required, along with experience supporting ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. Strong problem-solving skills across various IT domains and familiarity with endpoint protection and identity access management frameworks are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is expected. Scripting experience and relevant certifications are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will manage daily IT operations, including onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, access management, and issue resolution for macOS, Windows, and mobile devices. They will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SaaS tools, and deploy/manage device management tools like Intune and Jamf Pro. Responsibilities include implementing identity and access management, partnering with InfoSec for compliance, monitoring and troubleshooting cloud applications and networks, maintaining IT documentation, and leading IT projects and employee enablement initiatives.
